2 min Rest

 

En personer kör Cindyvarv i 3 min, under tiden kör partnern en konditionsmaskin. Efter 3 min byter ni.

Efter totalt 6 min arbete vilar ni i 2 min.
Räknar ut hur många reps och kalorier ni fick ihop.

 

Nästa runda gör ni likadant men byter konditionsmaskin.

 

Cindy varv = 5 Pullups + 10 Push-ups + 15 Squats.
